Ashley and BOLD are back!! As the title would suggest: Ashley reminds us that we all have to start somewhere ♡ Even if this is your very first time taking BOLD, or your first time in a long time, it's the starting that's important! Grab your mat and your resistance bands (if you have them; no worries if not!) and come show your body some love. BOLD Dance Toning is a challenging and fabulously fun dance strengthening class. It is a full body workout that uses a combination of the “3Bs”: Bands, Bandanas and Body weight to help you strengthen and tone. It is designed for those of us who love to groove and have made dance a part of our routine, but also realize that if we want to keep dancing forever, muscle strengthening is crucial.
