What is a Dance Jam, you ask? Great Question! A Dance Jam is where a medley of Alchemy teachers come together for a sampler of some of their funnest dance fitness routines. This class is 60 minutes long and features routines from Ashley, Megan, Cassie and Stephen! Expect to get down to an assortment of great music and see the different vibes of each teacher's choreography style. Guaranteed you'll leave this class with more energy than when you joined and with a huge smile on your face. No dance experience necessary!
