A series of engaging and fun dance fitness classes that connect body, mind, heart and spirit that are very low impact. These classes combine easy to follow dance moves with martial and healing arts to get your heart rate up, but keep the impact on your joints low. You're always invited to listen to your own body here, make sure you take care of you, and have a blast dancing at the same time!
